I loved the hotel grounds and the swimming pool area, so beautiful. The restaurant featured many dining options and drinks. I enjoyed the cool music played in the rooms (Boho radio!). The staff were very nice, especially Facundo, who provided AMAZING service at the pool bar.

I found the breakfast selection excellent. It included fresh fruit and various pastries. The room had a modern design and ample space for luggage. The two swimming pools provided a great option for relaxation. The staff's attentiveness.

The bungalow had a nice floor plan. I found it great I could walk to the beach from the hotel. There was enough parking on site. This helped a lot. The grounds appears beautiful and expansive to me.
Workers begin early, which somewhat ruined the relaxing atmosphere.

underwhelming stay despite friendly staff
constant noisesloppy service
i just returned from a five night stay and it's hard to understand how this hotel is categorized as a five-star hotel. the hotel is located next to a four-lane road, this means constant noise throughout the outdoor areas. poolside service felt sloppy, the same person managed the pool bar and fetched food from the restaurant, so they were often gone.
The staff was very great . I liked the green spaces around the bungalow. The breakfast buffet was rich and healthy, and I enjoyed the two dishes I could order. I appreciated the hotel's proximity to Puerto Banus and the beach (about a 5-minute walk).
